Intergroup business meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. The preliminary
agenda will be available here on the first Tuesday of the month. Each of our Committees will submit their report of
what was accomplished and what’s planned at the same time. They too will be available on the first week of the
month. If you are checking after the intergroup meeting date for this month, you’ll see the reports and agenda
the current month’s meeting that was just held and - soon after the meeting - the minutes of the month’s meeting.
Utah Soaring Bylaws
The bylaws describe the organization Utah Soaring Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous
and must be modified by a very formal vote of two-thirds of the members of the intergroup
attending the vote.

Monthly Intergroup Meeting Agenda and Reports
A week before the regular intergroup meeting our Secretary will put together a package
of the meeting agenda and all reports. These are e-mailed to the service board, committee
chairpersons, and all group representatives. The documents are also posted here. The meeting
is held and the Secretary’s notes (minutes) are then e-mailed and posted here.
So what you will find here usually are the agenda, minutes, and reports of last month’s meeting.
If you are looking at this within a week of the new meeting (second Tuesday of the month) you
should find the current agenda and reports with the preceding month’s minutes.
You can expect updates near the Friday before the current month’s meeting.
